How to Mint an Nft Etrsnft
Wallets, Networks, and $ETRS (Get) This Right First
I only use MetaMask or Rabby for Etrsnft. Not Trust Wallet. Not Coinbase Wallet.
They don’t support the custom RPC chain properly (full) stop. (I tried both. Got stuck on “invalid network ID” twice.)
You need the Etrsnft network added manually. Chain ID: 7711. RPC URL: https://rpc.etrsnft.com.
Block explorer: https://explorer.etrsnft.com. Symbol: ETRS. Currency name: Etrsnft.
Copy-paste those. Don’t guess. Don’t skip the chain ID.
Wrong ID = failed transactions every time.
You’ll need at least 0.05 $ETRS to mint. No exceptions. You can buy it on Uniswap or SushiSwap.
Not PancakeSwap. Gas for first mint runs ~$1.20 on average. Check it live before clicking Confirm.

Common pitfall? Forgetting to switch networks in your wallet before minting. You’ll sign a transaction on Ethereum Mainnet and wonder why nothing happens.

Another one: cached wallet data. Clear your extension cache if contracts won’t load. Or just restart the browser (faster.)

Required fields: name, description, image, attributes. That’s it. No exceptions.
externalurl and animationurl? Optional (but) I always include them. They help buyers find your site or play your animation without digging.
No trailing commas. UTF-8 only. Period.
I’ve seen JSON fail because someone pasted in a curly quote from Word.
Etrsnft’s IP policy is simple: minting ≠ copyright transfer.
You keep all rights. Always. Unless you write license terms into the smart contract.

Minting Your NFT on Etrsnft: Fast, Flat, and Final
I click “Mint” and it’s done. Not magic. Just clear steps.
Upload your file. JPG, PNG, MP4. No surprises.
No compression traps. If it plays or renders in your browser, it’ll mint.
Then metadata. Title. Description.
Properties. You type it. Etrsnft doesn’t auto-fill junk.
You own the words.
Collection? Pick one or make a new one. Don’t overthink it.
You can’t change this later.
Royalties? Set 0 (10%) now. Immutable after mint.
I set 5%. Some go 0. Some go 10.
But you lock it in. No edits. No takebacks.
Gas fees shift. They’re not fixed. When Ethereum’s busy, fees jump.
You can raise the priority fee. But don’t double it. Just add 5. 10% over the suggested amount.
That’s enough.
Average confirmation time? Under 90 seconds. On a calm network.
I’ve seen it drop to 27 seconds. (Yes, I time it.)
Single Mint is for one-offs. Batch Mint uses a CSV. Template’s in the appendix.
Don’t build your own. Use theirs.
Now (errors.)
“Insufficient $ETRS” means your wallet’s dry. Top up before clicking mint.
“Invalid URI format” usually means you pasted a broken link or left a field blank. Check the external URL field (it) must start with https://.
“Signature rejected”? Your wallet timed out. Reconnect.
Try again. Don’t refresh the page first.
After minting, go to Etrsnft Explorer. Paste your transaction hash. See it confirmed.
Open your wallet. Look under NFTs. It’s there.
Not “pending.” Yours.
Copy that direct link. Share it. That’s your proof.

Post-Mint Essentials: List It Right or Get Ghosted
I list on Etrsnft’s marketplace every week. Fixed price or auction. Your call.
But you must use $ETRS. No ETH. No USDC.
That’s non-negotiable.
Set duration carefully. 24 hours? Too short. 30 days? Too long.
I stick to 7 days unless it’s a special drop.
Tags matter. Max five. I pick only what buyers actually search for. “Abstract”, “Generative”, “Purple”, “Loop”, “1/1”.
Not “cool” or “epic”. (Those don’t rank.)
Titles and descriptions need real words. Not “My Art #42”. Try “Glitch Garden Loop.
Generative Purple Terrain”. Yes, it’s longer. Yes, it gets found.
List between UTC 14:00 (18:00.) That’s when the feed refreshes and eyeballs pile in.
Thumbnail preview? Mandatory. No thumbnail = no clicks.
Full stop.
Skip attribute tagging? You’re hiding your NFT from filters. Don’t do it.
No social link connected? You won’t land in featured placements. It’s required.
Not optional.
Creator Spotlight is worth applying for. You need 5+ listed NFTs, all with thumbnails and attributes, plus an active Twitter or Discord linked.
You want visibility (not) hope.
